By subscribing to and using Precurion's services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Precurion provides AI-powered financial modeling and analysis tools (the "Service"). The Service is currently in early access and may change significantly as we continue development.

2. Subscription & Payment

• Pricing is determined based on your subscription plan
• Billing occurs automatically on a monthly or annual basis
• You may cancel with at least 10 days notice before your next billing date
• No refunds for partial periods or unused time

3. Early Access Limitations

As an early access service, Precurion is provided "AS IS" with:

• No guaranteed uptime or availability
• Features that may be added, changed, or removed without notice
• Best-effort support during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM ET, Mon-Fri)
• No service level agreements or response time guarantees

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service legally and as intended
• Protect your account credentials
• Not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our Service
• Not use the Service for high-risk activities where failure could cause harm
• Pay all fees on time
• Verify outputs before relying on them for investment decisions

5. Content & Data

• Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload
• Our Use: You grant us a license to use your content to provide and improve the Service
• AI Training: We may use aggregated, de-identified data to train our AI models
• Sensitive Data: Do not upload sensitive personal data (SSNs, financial account numbers, health records) unless specifically authorized

6. Intellectual Property

• Precurion owns all rights to the Service, including software, algorithms, and documentation
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service during your subscription
• Any feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction

7. Disclaimers

IMPORTANT: Precurion is a software tool, not a financial advisor.

• We do not provide investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice
• Outputs are for informational purposes only
• You are responsible for verifying all information before making decisions
• Past performance data does not guarantee future results

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim
• Neither party is liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• We provide no warranties beyond those explicitly stated

9. Indemnification

• We will defend you against claims that our Service infringes intellectual property rights
• You will defend us against claims arising from your content or misuse of the Service

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate for the other's uncured material breach (30 days notice)
• We may suspend your access for non-payment or violations
• Upon termination, we will delete your content within 60 days if requested
• Sections on liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination

11. General Terms

• Governing Law: Delaware law governs these Terms
• Disputes: Must be filed in Delaware state or federal courts
• Updates: We may update these Terms with notice; continued use constitutes acceptance
• Entire Agreement: These Terms are the complete agreement between us
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent
